The wireframing phase was crucial in establishing the foundation of Mediary's user experience. We started with low-fidelity wireframes to rapidly explore different layouts, user flows, and interaction patterns without getting caught up in visual details. This iterative approach allowed us to test multiple concepts with actual physicians and receive feedback on functionality before committing to high-fidelity designs.
Working closely with medical professionals during this phase helped us understand their real needs and pain points. We discovered that simplicity was key—doctors needed to access critical features with minimal taps, and the interface had to stay out of their way during patient interactions. These insights directly shaped the final product architecture.
